Sorry, took the link away. It would've been too much for people, I think.

I laughed hard when you mentioned Encyclopaedia Dramatica. XD

As the name suggests, ED over-dramatises everything. Try not to take that site seriously. :P

~Chime~ wrote:Edit: I searched on "furries" and the first result was a webpage with this explanation of furries:
You can learn some strange things here on the internets, amigos. Today I regrettably discovered the world of furries.

Furries are humans who wish they were animals. Because their sucky DNA won’t let them be the real thing, they have to resort to dressing up in stupid animal costumes. Then they go to freaky parties where everyone pretends they are in the wild. Creepy.
That's just plain mean. D:<

They're confusing furries with the subgroup Otherkin, which seriously (levels of seriousness probably vary) believe they are other animals trapped in a human body.

Despite how bad dramatica is, some of the stuff in the picture is true.

You should've watched Courage the cowardly Dog. It's quite surreal with a host of "Talking animal" characters, like Le Quack, the French Amnesia specialist, or Katz. As well as the Titular Courage. ^_^ Greatest Show I've ever seen while I was a kid in the 90's.

Apparently, we're inferior to everyone else on the Internet. Someone said that to me when I won a debate about something that I can't remember. His only response to my well thought-out answer was that "I try too hard to be cool and he's better than me". I asked him why he was better, and he said because I'm a furry. I wasn't even trying to be cool. :tumble:
