Anthrocon! Anyone going?

Anthrocon's too far to drive from where I live.
Maybe I can just move to Pittsburgh when I can take care of myself. Or maybe I can suggest a "vacation" to my parents, that'd be interesting.

Yeah I was in the same boat a while back, I went to my first con when I was 19 or so, thankfully my parents were fine with the idea of me meeting up with random internet friends in a different country.. XD

Sigh if I had my license and a passport I'd just drive there. It's only like 6 or so hours from southern Ontario, and well worth the time I'd bet. Next year I plan to go but we'll see what life brings me before that.

Good god, if my parents knew i was going to meet the people from other countries that i met on the net, they would flip out! Like i said, you are one lucky dude...

I used to think I was the only Furry here in London Ontario, then I looked around and found there are actually about 30 of them another fur and I gathered them all together now we have bi-weekly furmeets! For a while we were all living in the same apartment complex too, made hanging out easy, just walked across the parking lot. I bet if you poked around a little online you'd find a few furries close by

Yeah... I've tried to ask online before... no response... I am not really surprised there are no furries in N Idaho (that i know of at least), with its discriminant past and all even though it doesn't really apply anymore (we kicked those Neo-Nazi assholes out a while ago )

Some one please prove me wrong! I must find one furry at least CLOSE to me, or i might... well i don't know yet, but still !

God damn CajunFox you live in London Ontario, hell I was born there. Live up in a town called Fergus now, an hour or so away. Along highway six, damn shame I still don't live there, or have my drivers license, lmfao.

There aren't many Furcons in the Chicago area, surprisingly enough. The only one I can think of is Midwest Furfest... everything else is out in the east coast.
