This trend is developing in the US as well: blame anything except the true matters at hand, such as the actual kid and their parents.
Violence won't decrease much by banning video games: what about other media?

truth: The last time some upstart professional looking to dig up some dirt tried to ban violent video games in america, he was stripped of his liscence to practice law and was eventually sent to jail for harassment.
