Favorite Band/Music

I'm curious to see what music other people listen to. I may also possibly be looking for more music to listen to

So far, my favorite music groups are:

Fireflight
E.S. Posthumus
Disturbed
Breaking Benjamin
Kelly Clarkson
P!nk

I also like some video game music, mainly if it's instrumental. Like Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy VII, XIII, and Dissidia/Dissidia Duodecim.
If the last two above sentences didn't make it clear, I also like some instrumental.

I guess just go crazy posting your favorite groups/music genres. If you've a certain song in mind, then links are cool.

Classic rock, progressive rock, pop, alternative, and a couple other things. Most of my musical interests land in the '70s to '80s eras, with a few specific artists being in the modern day.

Favorite bands/singers (in no particular order): Pink Floyd, Queen, Pat Benatar, The Police, Lady Gaga, Tears for Fears, Joan Jett, Adele, etc.

Favorite song: It differs, but it's usually 'Teo Torriatte (Let Us Cling Together)', by Queen.

Nice. I like the song! Which is strange, because I'm not normally into the slower/softer songs unless I'm in one of those "moods" .................

Unfortunately, I can't seem to get into the older types of bands/music. I think part of it may have something to do with my dad basically trying to shove it down our (mine and my siblings') throats.......

I do like some Queen, though. And oddly enough, I'm looking at my Pink Floyd towel hanging in my room right now, even though I don't think I've heard much (if any) of their music..............

Still though, I think I'll give some of those a listen.

Awesome. The Dark Side of the Moon, Wish You Were Here, and The Wall are Pink Floyd's biggest albums, I'd suggest checking them out. Although all their albums are, in my opinion, amazing. The way their sound evolves over time is interesting; from psychedelic instrumentals, to experimental/progressive rock. It's all good.

It's spelled "dethklok", and the bands I listed are way better and not fictional. Maybe you should also look for stuff that doesn't appear on TV as well.

I KNEW I was spelling something wrong. I started watching the show a few nights ago, and it happened to be on at the time. I think. At any rate, I apologize. It was my lame attempt at a joke. I'll give them a listen!
