I want to post something, but I seem to have a severe case of writers block. Anyone got any ideas as to what I should do next?

I think a football stadium sized hole is still going to mushroom cloud fairly dramatically. That's an awful lot of concrete to blow a hole in. Is this going to blow cinderblocks into nearby houses, or is it just going to vaporize the facility?

It's gonna be more of a 'vaporization' type blast, think of the Blue spheres of destruction at the end of watchmen, how they destroyed a good section of the city without actually causing much damage to the rest, just a nice bigass hole in the middle of the citys. that, on a smaller scale, and white instead of blue <<

and Aires...I don't really know where you were going with your characters to know how to help ya there mate...

That's the problem, I don't even remember where I was going with them! (note to self: start making outline's for characters.) God I must be the BIGGEST moron right now! Cant even remember what the hell I was even doing. All I got off the top of my head is a Karl VS. Kevin fight scene.

you fall back on that solution far too easily rather than trying to get involved...you gotta think a little more 'long game' and less 'short game', sorry for the pool terms, but it works...you think too much about the immediate situation and nothing beyond, granted the characters don't necessarily need to have a 'plan' persay, but learning from events and fights...honestly, I don't even get the feel from most of the characters that they even realize there was anything bigger than the current fight happening...too much of what I see happening is about what can be gained/won in THAT moment or fight...Karl and Kazzra are about the only ones who seem to have a bit of a goal, Karls is simple, but it's his clear cut purpose, and Kazzra because he took on king and learned a bit while in the hospital...players should have goals, not just be 'existing' fight to fight...

I don't know if it's just me being OCD pickiness that I'm seeing this kinda stuffz...but eh, I thought it might help for the next arc...

I think buzz needs to post something before anyone else can go, or else we're all locked into this thirty second period of time before his bomb goes off.
Aires, you could just write how they react to the bomb, until you figure out what you want them to do. I'm pretty sure "hey, what was that?" would be a believable reaction from just about everyone. It's not a fix for not having a permanent story line, but it's at least a short term solution.

you need to exercise some patience, you could see getting into this that its working on a wrap up sequence, and you insisted on starting by locking yourself far away from all the other players, it's not exactly gonna be very fast that anyone comes chasing after ya, especially if the only lead is 'deaths from dreams'...

I'm waiting to see if Aires wanted to post, and Black if he's up to it, otherwise I'll just push it along

Not overly concerned about how long it takes Kage to get out, I was just noting. I'm aware it'll take a while to get everything rolling for me, I was just wondering out loud. I'll just lurk until time starts moving again.

Hey guys. Sorry about the sudden disappearance, but in my defense I was in a coma ^_^. So, anyone wanna get me up to speed on what happened to my character?

I just checked, it looks like nothing's happened to him since you left. But the same fight is still going on, so (I think) he could just jump back in with no continuity problems. Maybe he got stuck somewhere for a few minutes.

Shade kinda took over the fight sequence ya had going when you vanished Takeru, we left it for a bit but when nothing came from it, he had one of the soldiers move in and pretty much drive Ember off. you'll just have to make something up to slip back in, shouldn't be too much work, but just so ya know, the arc is about three, maybe four post cycles from finishing and someone else taking charge...and I believe Shade has some kinda plan for the next arc...but just so ya know what's going on....

The same fight is -sorta- going on, Ember's left, Volt is dead and crystal retreated as well, The soldiers are in the process of starting a scrap with Anima while he tries to leave to give Volt a proper burial.

Sorry ta hear about your car wreck mate, hope ya get better here right quick ^^ give me a shout if ya need a hand with your postings or even getting back into it, I'd be happy ta help

Sort bout the wait, gonna try an get some work done on this tomorrow, might not get up till weddnesday though, trying to make plans to play borderlands on the ps3 with a buddy back home for tomorrow...

this appears to be dying before it's even started at this point...Snow seems to have abandoned it, leaving only myself and Ari to balance against shade...ah well...might as well try to get Falo back up an running instead in that case...

fuuuck...four posts in a row in the OOC...I promise, I'll get a post up this weekend at the lastest so this arc can get finished up and someone else can take drivers seat for a bit...

I'm still here, sorry. Just letting you know. I've just not got a whole lot to say right now, I'll work on it and try to get something up, I'll have it up by tomorrow night at the latest.
