It's official, I no longer need any of Adobe's Programs

Pretty much all of their programs can be covered by FOSS (no this is not spam, I'm just making a point)

Flash - Pencil, SWFTools, Tupi, KToon, Swift, Ajax Animator

Why people still use Adobe CS I don't know.

Well, one might want to use Photoshop over GIMP because GIMP doesn't have some of the features that Photoshop does, or the layout of GIMP might be inferior to people who like Photoshop's interface. GIMP is probably good enough for most people but I still prefer Photoshop.

I was able to do everything in GIMP that you can do in photoshop but it's just done differently, if the layout is a problem there's Pinta which is modeled after Paint.NET, but GIMP is still better for me. fortunately for me I can adapt between different layouts pretty good as it's required for some of the stuff I do. but I guess not everyone is as good at that as I am.
