Bruises appear on meh without warnin',most likely as a nutritional deficiency of sorts. Kickboxin' twice a week also results in a degree of bruising,particularleh to the lower back. Hence,I sleep curled up like a kitty to ease some of the ache.

Biggest scar on my ass/back transition area is the length of 'cher index finger,garnered from falling down a staircase. Ass scarring comes from my lifestyle in general. Well,a portion of it at any rate.

Might I point out that a LARGE percentage of scars and bruises in these areas appear without my knowledge on how they got there in the first place? Like,90%. The other 10% I am not at liberty to mention.
