Of Heros and villains (OOC)

Some where within a crime infested city a local high school is on a field trip to a shipping center located at the towns docks.

Durring the field trip trip a millitarry shipping container is being moved. The power in the crane holding the container shorts out and the contents of the container are spilled, exposing the students and others to the effects of the contents of the container.

The C.D.C. Is called in to contain the situation

Every one seemed perfectly healthy and unafected. Although to be safe everyone exposed was detained for 24 hours. Still no one showed any sings of change. The contents of the container although already disposed of were deemed harmless, and the detainees were released. But after one week things...changed.

Now as a side note here it takes some people longer than others to show "symptoms" of exposer. This is to allow late people to join in on this. Now the needed character info is as follows

Appearance - stands a good, solid six foot, lean muscled build, no 'head hair' to speak of, deep blue eyes(passed down from his mother), and rich orange fur. Around his paws, before fading to white, the fur darkens to a deep auburn. His stripes on his back are more unique than most tigers because of his mothers snow leopard lineage. He is often seen wearing an open leather biker jacket, ragged cargo jeans, a 'band' shirt and a hard case backpack. He always has a pair of black fingerless gloves on him, and is seen regularly with his full face helmet
Abilities - matter manipulation
Personality/Alignment - 'The Dragon'/Chaotic evil
History - his family lives in a less than rich part of town, forcing them to really and truly earn every dollar they make. He's fallen in with local gangs more than once, doing little jobs as a way to make a quick buck when in a tight spot. He's trying to put all that behind him now and is attempting to earn an honest buck by putting himself through college for a science degree in both physics and chemistry. He works side jobs for local schools as a teacher aid, in addition to his regular job, and was one of the supergiants of the group when they went on the field trip that exposed them to military chemicals that gave them powers. A few weeks later when their abilities emerged, he fell back into his old routines, hitting up some of his old stomping grounds for a quick buck, and finding how much easier it was now.

Powers:elemental revolvers (once every 30 seconds he can fire up to 6 bursts of small fire balls from his left hand, and 6 balls of frost energy from his right,) agility has also been dramatically improved (he's about as fast and flexible as faith from mirrors edge)
Species:human
Appearance: about 6'1, jet black hair, some what squarish face, green eyes, and some what scrawny looking.
Personality:some what sad most of the time but tries to be the good guy. (he takes meds for depression/axiaty every morning before school, as well as other pills to sleep at night since he has a sleeping disorder)

Also as a side note all high school student characters go to the same school.

Also forgot to ask. Is every one ok with the power I have? Because I'm ok with both buzzes and poopenheimers, rat the whole time manipulation thing worries me (if you haven't figured it out yet were approving one Anothers character sheets)

I'll be honest...I'm rather concerned about rats power as well. Time/space manip is a very advanced super power, and one of the easiest to god mode with, like on the level of wave you hand and kill anything you feel like level...it takes a very skilled player to know how to not over do it with an ability like that, and no offense rat, but you are not that level...I think it would be best if rat chose something else as his characters power...

Funny you should mention that because he can combine the two into a power burst. The only catch with that is that if he does he has to wait 30 minnutes for a recharge. but seriously though I've been wanting to put that revolver ability on keV for awhile now

Superpower: Has ability to leave hand-prints that will glow bright red and explode when approached by other people or objects. (Cannot place prints on people)

Species: Half-human Half-lizard

Appearance: Mostly human features, forked tongue, green scales down her back. Long black hair, dark brown eyes, dark skin. Slender appearance, tall (for a girl) at around 5'11". Wears a white drama theater face mask, overcoat, cargo pants, gloves, boots.



Background: By her high-school years, Forah, despite her unfortunate set of parents had developed into a very beautiful woman. She was very popular amongst her school and often treated people that were lower on the social ladder worse than dirt. During a field-trip for an ecology class, a military container fell, spilling it's contents and contaminating everything around it. She got out of the accident just fine, but later that week got a rude awakening from her new found powers. She leads a normal life when she isn't robbing banks or holding hostages for ransom, and currently attends a nearby college.

Personality: She's a selfish narcissist that is only looking out for one thing: herself. She isn't necessarily evil, but she only does things that will benefit her. If that involves crime, then she has no trouble committing it.

Appearance: Mostly bat, so fur over his body. Has human eyes. Has wings under his arms like an normal bat, but they are not strong enough to make him fly. Has a brown fur over his whole body and his hair looks exactly the same as his fur. Is about 5''8 tall. Wears a hoodie, baggy pants and army boots.
Personality: He does what he thinks is good for himself and his friends. This also means doing both good and bad things.
