Na with so many SUVs on the road it can blend in a alot better then a van. Plus you can take a SUV farther in the woods to drop of the er.... Candy wrappers

I uploaded this picture to show you the difference between the character in the latest panel and the character, "Hugo" of which you speak.

I think it could be some important character that's about to show up, or it could be somoene related to Kale that we might not have seen yet, family or otherwise.
