Dogs, spiders, submersion.

Each one is related to a childhood trauma in some way.

(My childhood was pretty messed up.)

Fear of Most Bugs.
I hate Wasps, Ants, Spiders, and most of all Roaches! AAAARGH. Beetles also scare me at times. If they're the big type. The small ones I just avoid.
Grasshoppers, Crickets, Butterflies, and Moths are ok.
Fear of becoming a bum is definately one.
Fear of Rejection. Strangely I answer this by being the first one to reject someone so it never happens to me...every relationship I got close to being in, I rejected. Some girl decided to be my GF for a practical prank her friends wanted to pull, but she actually sincerely liked me in the end, but rejection! Some girl I liked, was considered weird among my peers when I was younger, and I followed the crowd, instead of staying with the person who understood me. D:>
Fear of being Ugly: It's weird. I'm afraid of social rejection although before I was usually isolated. I like companionship too much! It's my anti-drug! T^T

Small Fear of Heights...I'm mainly afraid of the falling part, and when you see the height, you're near the edge...so close that the gravity of how close you are, that a misplaced breeze of wind could end your life, just kicks in.
And a Small Fear of Death. I know it's going to happen. I know I'm probably never going to see it coming...and I like living! That's why 2012's doomsday rumors piss me off!

I have an irrational fear of rubber bands. It's not like I can't look, or even touch a rubber band, but when they're being flicked around, I get a little freaked out (on the inside) more than a normal person should. I think I can attribute this to my friends in high school and JR high flicking me with industrial rubber bands.

I also have a fear of cockroaches. I don't scream and run away, but I kill them as fast as I see them. Plus, if there are multitudes of them, I will (as calmly as possible) walk away from the scene.

I have not seen a cockroach in a long time... it's a tad bit too cold for those guys here. I think I would scream like a little girl should one of those beasties somehow get even somewhat close to me.

I remember two more things.. I'm scared of heights, yep. But not in all cases, if I'm on an air plane, or any kind of apparatus, I feel safe, because I'm strapped and secure. But when I'm walking on steep hills, or rocks, I get an extreme fear.

I'm also afraid of balls(no, not THOSE balls XD), when people start shoot them at sport lessons, I get really scared.. I've gotten shot a lot, people are so fierce about soccer, so they shoot really hard, and they won't look were they shoot!

So... you aren't afraid of balls...? <:3

I play goalie for Roller Hockey/Ice Hockey. Of course when I'm playing Ice Hockey I get to wear a mask, but in Roller Hockey, a lot of the days we play end up being like 85+ degree weather making it too hot to wear a mask. I used to be afraid of getting hit in the face, but after a while of doing it, I slowly realized that:

a. Plastic Rollerballs don't hurt as much as you might think.
b. My friends really can't "Bring it" so to speak. Compared to the guys in my Ice hockey league, my friends can't shoot as hard.
c. Most shots aren't even close to face level.
d. I've gotten pretty good at tracking and anticipating a shot. Most of the time, I'll catch it with my glove if it's going to hit me in the head.

I've also broken my jaw a couple years ago when we decided to play with one of those NHL approved heavy-plastic pucks in roller hockey, and almost lost a tooth (got knocked out, but put back in) when my helmet broke during an Ice Hockey game.

I have fears but unlike some people, I enjoy myself while facing them. So what I'll do is list my top 5 phobias and tell you how I combat them. Also will list them in order from worst fear to least.

1. Talking on the phone. Yes, I know, it is very silly of me, but for some reason the fact that I am talking to someone with-out seeing their face bothers me to no end. So what I do is try to throw in some comedy when I talk on the phone when it is someone that I sort of know, but I'm still trying to work out how to deal with the stupid tellemarketers.
2. Being touched by someone. Hard to believe, but I hated being out in public because of this phobia, at least until June 2010 came around. Before that month I warned people that if I was touched (like being poked or huged you PERVS), I would literally flick them. But for some reason when June hit (which was the month that I came out to my father, and he took it very well for those that want to know), I felt much more comfortable with my surroundings.
3. Hights. You're probably saying, yah everyone is afraid of that, but I couldn't even jump down three feet. So I went on rollercoasters (the highest I went on was Superman the Escape at Six Flags), then I graduated to bungie jumping, and now I am looking into skydiving.
4. On stage performance. I basically had a more extreme form of this fear, but I got over it when I started to play guitar for my friends.
5. Tight spaces. This fear aplied everywhere, including in public. So I started by going to parties in small houses then somehow found myself in a nut-suit (forgot the name).

I can't be on the top/basement floor of a house when I'm alone there. I get the feeling that a murderer is going to be at the top/bottom of the stairs when I walk by. 'A'
I once thought to myself; "Why is that baseball getting bigger?" And then it hit me.

Heights, spiders, large empty rooms, and doing anything in front of more than a few people.

That's what I can remember for now.

Hmm....
I had a serious phobia of stinging insects for a long time, thanks to getting swarmed by hornets while playing on a playground when I was four. It's definitely much milder by now, though.
I never feel like I have a fear of heights but, about half of the time, my legs will start shaking even though I don't feel scared or have my heart rate go up when I'm high up. I think the 50%-ish thing has something to do with whether there's something above me that looks like it can be reached (even if it's obviously six or more feet away). =-/
I bet there's probably a few others, but they don't come up often enough for them to be readily available in my mind right now (around midnight here)

When I was camping, I realized that I have another stupid fear. Anytime I am in a moving car, I have to have the doors locked because I feel that the door will open under my weight, and I can't throw anything out the window because I feel that I will cause a major accident.

Same for me. I also don't like having windows open because I have a fear of the car hitting a bump and causing me to accidentally throw whatever I'm holding (which is usually an iPod Touch) out the window.
